We offer 2 different types of replacement blades for our CNC Vinyl Drag Knife Bits. This 60 Degree Replacement Blade is recommended for cutting sandblast mask, paper, cardboard, and thin plastics up to 0.030" thick. If you plan to cut sign vinyl, we recommend using our 45 Degree Replacement Blade, which is available in our Replacement
Blades, Tips, Pens, etc. section.
The carbide blades used with our drag knife bits are manufactured to
last a long time before they wear out. Individual results will vary
based on your cutting pressure and the hardness of the material you cut.
